7 Series FPGAs

Hi All, 

I would like to know that "7 Series" has hard/soft FIFO controller and it's operation speed. 

Could not find much from document.

Can anyone help me with this?

Yes, it has both hard FIFOs and supports soft FIFO. 7 series includes 4 device families, so it would be difficult to list the FIFO Fmax in all mode for all of them. I highly recommend you download Document Navigator so you have all data sheets and user guides in one place to get the information you want.

Thanks a lot for reply. 

Can you comment regarding placement strategy?

e.g Do we follow fixed relative placement for predictable performance in case of Soft FIFO?
