7 Series FPGAs

Hi,

I need to make a pcb with a Kintex 7 on it. I am looking for some footprints and schematic scheet symbols but cannot find anything. It is for Altium Designer, but an other format would also be fine. Altium can import lots of different formats. I already contectd Altium support, but they don't have footprints for the Kintex yet.

Does anyone have a footprint for the FFG676 package? I will be using the XC7K325T or the XC7K410T.

The Kintex-7 FF676 is the same as every other Jedec 1.0mm 27x27 device, so the PCB decal footprint is the same.
