tool(s) needed for partial reconfigur ation of Zynq devices

Hi,
I intend to buy ZC702 evaluation board for Zynq.
I need to use dynamic partial reconfiguration.
So what other tool(s) I need to buy? I have read about
PlanAhead software - which is used for partial reconfiguration
of other FPGA families. But is the same tool also needed for
Zynq devices? If not PlanAhead, then what else? Do I need
to buy it separately? Or is it included with ZC702 board?

The new Vivado Tool Suite contains everything you need (in regards to PR of the fpga device part of Zynq)

I have been corrected: Vivado in its present form doesn't support PR: but the existing ISE-based flow does (PR does require a license, in any event, either version ISE or Vivado - when it gets supported)....
So, best is to ask your local distributor for what you will need to get your project done: until Vivado supports PR, one needs to use a previous tool flow.

Thanks.
I presume ISE is included in ZC702 (device locked to Zynq-7020).
So I will need to additionally purchase PR license, right?
Are there any Zynq reference designs that use partial reconfiguration?
I need the ARM Cortex-A9 processor to partially reconfigure the programmable
logic whenever needed.

As to what the kit includes, I am not aware of what it has, or doesn't have.
Yes, PR requires a license, as it is considered an advanced feature.
I am unware of any reference designs using the A9's to PR the fpga side, but it seems like it would be pretty easily accomplished.
The first thing to do is to decide what OS you will use, what the two processors will be doing (assign the basic tasks), how you will communicate with the programmable logic side (AXI4 bus internally, or auxialry processory port (or both), how much external memory you will need, what sort of interfaces, ...

Yes, so many questions to answer.
Actually, I am stuck with the first question: which OS?
Xilinx has listed "ecosystem partners" on this page:
http://www.xilinx.com/products/silicon-devices/epp
It lists Micrium under OS. But uCOS-II or III does not seem to support Cortex-A9 yet.
I wonder exactly which RTOS actually support Cortex A9?
