Hello,
Just trying to get started with ISE 10 and am going through the ISE Design Entry Example in PDF "Programmable Logic Design - Quick Start Hanbook".
The problem is that the State machine editor created a vhdl file that requires the synopsys library. When trying to create a schematic symbol from the generated vhdl file I get the following error.
Error: Library synopsys cannot be found.
Is this library installed by default when installing ISE 10.1? Do i need to add a search path within ISE in order for the compiler to find the library?
Thanks for the help.
