Do the markings indicate a genuine Xilinx manufacturing lot or indeed a known suspect grey-market batch?

Recently,we has procured 3 lots devices.Device is XC95288-15PQ208I.

We suspect that the three parts are not genuine Xilinx.

Is there something strange about the device markings?
