I want to know if I can read and write XC2C128 on board with HW-USB-II-G (DLC10 Jtag) and iMPACT software.There is anyone that can give me a hand with this.

I don't see a reason in this world why you couldn't as long as your "XC2C128 on board" has a JTAG port connection to a header to which you can connect your USP Platform Cable.

 

Your data sheet for the CoolRunner-II family has discussion on In System Programmability.

 

The iMPACT software is designed to work with the device and programmer.

 

Is there something in particular that gives you pause?  A reason why you thought this combination might not work?
