If I only use the RX port in a gtp tile, what should I do with the unused TX pin? Leave it floating or keep it grounding?

I use the XC5VLX30T device.
My board uses gtp tiles to transmit data and do not need to receive data now.But I am not sure if receiving data function is added in the future. So, the MGTRXP/MGTRXN pins of the gtp MUST be tied to ground?
