how to convert simulik blocks(except xilinx block set) to hdl block set. because by using xilinx blockset i can generate VHDL code. but other than xilinx blockset i am not able to convert VHDL code.

Matlab offers HDL coder for their blocks. You would generate them and then pull them back into the SysGen design as a blackbox.
All the Xilinx blocks will generate to HDL or a CORE Generator core.
