hi there,
I am a newbie in sysgen, I am following ug640 tutorial (p179: designing and simulating microblaze processor systems) hardware cosim with my ml605 evaluation kit, however, I got "ethernet connection is disconnected" during simulation,
the fpga is successfully configured as the done let is on. I followed instructions from ug640 p291 to setup my ml605 and pc, my NIC is intel pro/1000 CT network connection, the only thing that is different from ug640 is the flow control, I set it to
"hardware default" since there is no entry named "auto".
I have tried different combinations for J66/J67 on ml605 side, also both parallel and cross-over network cables are tried, but the result is the same, when the simulation is trying to re-establish the ethernet connection, the 6 leds near rj45 on ml605 are all off, and the networking connection status icon on lower right conner on pc monitor alway has a red "X" on it.
highly appreciate any feedback,
David C.

It sounds like you are having problems with geting a local connection form the board to the PC. This is most likely why you are having problemswith HW-CoSim.
I recommend opening a case with the Xilinx Technical Support, if you continue to have problems getting this setup.
