FIFO36_EXP doc?

Can anyone tell me where to find documentation on FIFO36_EXP?

I need to understand the signals RDCLKL, RDRCLKL, etc which are not in the normal FIFO36.

Another question is whether FIFO36_EXP usage is recommended over FIFO36, as I have seen some commercial codes using it instead of FIFO36.
