Hi,
I'm using ISE 11.3 and here is my question :
I'm visually impaired and I need things to be large enough for me to see them. Unfortunately the Project Navigator window is using a very big resolution so things are too small for me. I'm using a 24" screen so menu and icon bars are half-empty.
Is there any way to change the resolution?

You can increase the text size on Windows XP by changing DPI resolution.
Right click on Desktop, Click on Propreties. Select Settings tab on Display properties. Click Advanced button. Now you can select 120 DPI ,
You need to reboot to get the new text size.
You can also increate Toolbar button sizes using View->Tool bar->Large Icons
