I use the Ram_based shift register in ISE 13.1.
When I use the "sclr", it just set the output "zero",but later the register will output the memory of it.
Now I have to restart the board , in this case the memory of the register will be all zero.
please tell me how to make the memory of register be zero.
thank you.

s,
Well, you found the easy way (start over).
The other way is to load zeroes into it (shift in zeroes till you get zeroes out).
The SRL has no reset pin.
