multiple boards inside 1 ISE Project

Hello,

is it possible to configure an ISE 9.21 SP4 Project to handle the following constelation.

i´ve got 3 prototyping boards of the same  type and one different.

The design itself is the same including the pin-out. The difference is only a hardcoded "Node"-Address which defines interal behaviour.

The easiest way would be changing this address every time a board gets programmed. Because during Testphases its boring to wait until the design-flow is finished before its possible to programm the device.

Is there a way to tell ISE to create different BIT files for each Board and ( this would hit the spot) set different Pin Outs.

best regards

Bernhard

You can do what you want if you run the tools using a script or batch file.
