Hi everyone,
So I'm gotten myself into a pretty bad spot. I was running compliation through PlanAhead 13.2 on Windows 7 Professional 32-bit. From a remote location, I logged into the machine running PlanAhead and noticed it had closed, presumably because I logged into it. Reopening the program, I saw that is could not recognize my Flex ID dongle so perhaps it closed because it no longer saw the licese.
When I got back to my machine to restart the compilation, I found that PlanAhead no longer opens correctly. It shows the following messages and stops.
****** PlanAhead v13.2

The PlanAhead window opens but doesn't respond at all. If I minimize the window and maximize it again, I just get a black screen. My license is expired but 13.2 is a valid version.
I tried uninstalling ISE, rebooting, and reinstalling ISE and it is still in the same state. I know this is a strange case but does anyone have any suggestions on where to go from here?
I'll be away from the office for about a week so I apologize if I don't respond for a while.
Thanks so much for looking!
Scott
