iMPACT:2258 - Failed to set clock to JtagClk

Hello,

While downloading my designe to the board over impact, I get the following message:

iMPACT:2258 - Failed to set clock to JtagClk

What does that meen and how can I fix it? I work with 13.4 on Ubuntu. Downloading with XSDK is no problem.
