Hi friends,

I'm a new EDK. I 'm using sp3e1600 .I want to stream a video located on this kit to my sofware on  pC but i dont know how to locate my video on the DDR2.  Please tell me how to do that?

can i genarate a mfs file include a video file

you can use XI_out32() or XIo_in32() to store or retrieve your data

you can also use pointer to store your data to the particular address of sdram

i have tried it but SDK dont accep a pointer to point a very large array. i must fix  the data of my video on the sdram. i have just try generate my file to a mfs file but they insert some code and i cant down thi mfs on to my kit. can you tell me another idea?

change ur linker script and put all the section ie data .bss every thing on DDR SDRAM

I think you can instantiate an array in your c code of large size.  If you do this you need to increase your heap size to accomodate

the array.  Depending on your pixel size you might make the array to hold shorts. (16 bit numbers).
