I'm trying to write a program that will be able to read and write from the Intel Parallel Flash on the S3E1600 microblaze development board.  I have a program that is very similiar to xilflash_readwrite_example.c from the xilinx examples.  

I am able to initialize the flash ok, and that returns with XST_SUCCESS, but when I try to reset or erase the flash, I get an error value of 103.  I've tried to track down what this error is, but I wasn't able to locate it in the manual.

Does anyone know what this error means?  My c file is attached.
