I am currently using the 2.6 kernel on a Spartan-6 device. When I tried the 3.x kernel (when it was first made available on the git server) on our Spartan-6 system (SP605 board) it was not as stable. Time has passed and the 3.x kernel has had a lot of work done by Xilinx, but it does appear to be centered around Zynq.
Which kernel is recommended for running the Xilinx Open Source Linux on a KC705 board?
Thanks,
Steve

We are running the 3.0 kernel in our nighlty tests. If you want any kind of help the 3.0 kernel is going to better, but we honestly do very little on the MB kernel these days.
