Xilinx has recently upgraded the software used to run our User Community.
We have tried to minimize the impact to users, but there are a few changes that are we would like to point out:
1) The Accepted Solution and Solved icons, have changed from this set of icons:
to this set of icons:
2) To give Kudos, you should click on the red/white star icon, on the left hand side of the post, underneath the user's details:
3) The Rate this Message feature has been removed and praise should be awarded using Kudos instead.

The icon images are being served from an improper URL at "lithium.com". This causes a user:password authentication box to pop up once or each icon. Since I have no account at "lithium.com", the authentication fails, and the icons show up only as broken images.
Obviously, you've got to copy those image files to the correct section of the correct URL, and link to those copies, for your users (like me) to see them.

It seems that the new forums have broken older links to threads. For example in
the thread "Example Design for the Virtex-5 FPGA Embedded Tri-Mode Ethernet MAC Wrapper"
there is a link to another thread:
http://forums.xilinx.com/xlnx/board/message?board.
Which now results in "An unexpected error".

Hi,
Sorry for the delay in responding to this thread.
We have actually just completed a minor software upgrade on our User Community and as a result, this problem has been fixed!
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
~chughes
