"Quick Reply" not working?

I just tried to use the "Quick Reply", and I was erroneously told I couldn't because I wasn't logged-in.

I was allowed to post using the "Reply" method, though.

Win XP SP3

Firefox 3.6.18

Update:

Tried again on a different thread, and this time no problem. Perhaps just a glitch...

Thank you for reporting this. I have tested and have not seen further issues. Based on your time stamp we do seem to have some "glitches" right after community updates which happen overnight North America time. But please let us know if you experience this again.
