Hi,
It appears, on my SP6 board, TDI line has a problem.
Hence iMpact not able to configure FPGA...
Can the ONE PIN problem make me dump my board or replace FPGA?
previous debugs:
- The board SP6 PCIe board from Avnet. JTAG connector is standard, compatible to Xillinx's programmer
- All voltages VCCO, VCCAUX are perfect.
- iMpact can "identify"correct FPGA -- (To Do so TDI is not needed.)
suggestions pls...
