I am looking for a base station receiver with signal processing for GSM/3G. Please advice me some modules that have this function.

The one that immediately springs to mind is the Ettus Research USRP series of radios. They sell an open source, reconfigurable (Xilinx FPGA) platform with a wide variety of interchangeable RF daughterboards for different RX/TX bands.
