I got this error message is Webpack ISE 13.4:
WARNING:ProjectMgmt - File /home/alkopop79/blink/blinker_vhdl.prj is missing
Any ideas?

Hello alkopop79,
I have the same problem. Have you found a solution?
I get it with different projects, but until now no limitations or problems have been noticed that may come from this warning.

I get that message when I try to Floorplan I/O on an XC9500XL part under linux.
Floorplanner does not run.

Running "Clean Project Files" (from the "Project" menu) removed the warning for me, as was suggested by
