Why RTL Schematics will not updating properly in ISE 10.1?

Hi,

        Whatever changes i did in RTL code that is not updating properly in RTL schematic after synthesizing RTL code..

.NGR file is not updating properly only.What is the problem?

        I am using XILINX 10.1 version

 OS   -- Windows XP 32 bit.

update your service packs if you are using 10.1!!!!
