Hi,everybody!
Now,I am doing an experiment about FPGA's fault detecting,so I must readback bitstream and analyze bitstream, then find the fault. I want to know the difference of readback bitstream and configuration bitstream. And what tool could open the bitstream files.
I need some suggestions about readback bitstream technic !
Thanks a lot!
best wishes

Which device are you using? You can refer to the device user guide for details of the readback bitstream. E.g. if you have a V5, you will look at UG191 -> 'Readback and Configuration Verification'.
UltraEdit can open a bit file.
