UG744 V5

Hi,

I would like to addapt this tutorial on my V5 board (ML505) . Well the problem is that I've got no code for Mult block wchich use DSP48E1 and cannot genereate my own .ngc files which will be compatible with V5 board.

How I can resolve it ?

Cheers.

Re: UG744 V5

Looks like it was supposed to be added in the 12.3 update which is the version currently out there based on this past forum reply. Maybe Davidd can provide an updated schedule.

Re: UG744 V5

This tutorial will be updated for 13.2, which will be released next month.  I've requested that the HDL sources be included for these two RM variants.  In the meantime, I have included them here.  As you can see, they are quite simple.

thanks,

david.

Thanks, the tutorial doesn't appear to be updated yet with the HDL.

Re: UG744 V5

Where are you looking?  On both the PR landing page (http://www.xilinx.com/tools/partial-reconfiguration) and the PlanAhead tutorials page (http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/dt_planahead_planahead13-4_tutorials.htm) I see that both versions of rp.vhd are in the archive.

thanks,

david.

Re: UG744 V5

You are right, I was using an old (v12.3) document with a link to the 12.3 files. That version is the first one that comes up in google when I search for 'xilinx ug744'. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for looking into it.
