I'm just evaluating ISE 14.1 version.
During this, Smartxplorer 14.1 stops with the following error message.
[sx] Floating point exception
In my memory, the same problem occured in ISE 13.4 Smartxplorer.
It is already patched.
AR#45912 - 13.4 SmartXplorer - Patch required for 13.4 SmartXplorer to run on RHEL4 machines
How can I fix this problem in 14.1 version ??

RHEL 4 is not supported by ISE 14.1 (see http://www.xilinx.com/ise/ossupport/index.htm ). Even if you got smartxplorer 14.1 to work in RHEL 4, you may run into issues with other tools in IDS 14.1.

Is there no plan to support RHEL4.0 machines in ISE 14.1 This is a serious work stopper.

It's odd that 14.1 doesn't work for you. An early build of 14.1 SmartXplorer was used for the 13.4 patch. Have you tried the patch from the Answer Record link? SmartXplorer is a standalone executable wrt the Xilinx tool environment and so the patch file should work with 14.1 too. Please let us know if that works for you.
