Timing score problem in SmartXplor er

Hello I am using SmartXplorer in increment cost table mode (ISE 13.2). SmartXplorer is listing a timing score of zero for all CT values, but when I click through "Done" to see the actual results under each strategy I see the actual timing score is often not zero at all (e.g. 6555 or something). I can confirm that the non-zero value is the correct one by using "copy results" and then re-running PAR before seeing the results again.
Any ideas on how to resolve this?

SmartXplorer initially uses the PAR timing score, but then switches to the TRCE timing score for the summary. It's possible that you are using non-default TRCE options that cause this discrepencey. If you are using default TRCE options, then the discrepency is a bug and should be reported via a webcase.
