Hi,

i can’t get to download the ISE WebPack as the webpage after the personal information one is always an error page with this displayed:

We cannot fullfill your request due to technical difficulties. Please try again later.

Please do NOT click the back button. Please try again later, and email webmaster@xilinx.com if you receive this error repeatedly.

I e-mailed the webmaster but no response obtained.

Hello Melis,

Note: addresses with Post Office Boxes and names/addresses with Non-Roman Characters with accents such as grave, tilde or colon are not supported by US export compliance systems. Can you, please, verify the address you have, does not include any Post Office Boxes, or/and your name/address doesn’t include any Non-Roman Characters!

My home adress actually contain an accented a "à". I put in the field the simple a and all was ok.

I have the same problem.

All fields contain plain text, no "special" chars, but still i can't get through "Download Center" profile werification page.

Are there any morrors where i can get this software?

I've mailed custom service yesterday evening, and today (don't know if it was just bad luck earlier or something done by them, I didn't change anything since yesterday) the download manager started and whole download process went smoothly (4 MBps).

So I guess my problem is also solved. Thx.
