Hi,

I try to install ISE 12.1 on win7, the installtion stopes at 30% and a message error pups up :

Error was encountered while extractiong archive:

..\Xilinx\Foundation_ISE_12.1i\Xilins_ISE_DS_Win_12.1_M.53d.04\idata\drop16_ise.zip.xz

Please make sure the downloaded installation archive is complete and the extraction is intact.

You can check the MD5 sums value to see if it matches the value in Xilinx download site.

It is ok, the probelm is 12.x is not compatible with winXP
