We installed the 14.1 version of ISE design suite. The tools seems to work fine however the drivers dor the Platform Cable USB II can't be installed. We tried by automatic installation (plug the cable into a USB port and follow the instructions) and downloading and installing directly the specific driver but nothing works. We always have a "unkown driver" message when pluging the cable.
We are using:
- Microsoft Windows XP
- Professionnel
- Version 2002
- Service Pack 3
With the configuration :
- Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU
- E6550 @ 2.33GHz
- 2.33 Ghz, 3.48 Go de RAM
Does anyone have the same issues ?
Try by rebooting your system and make sure that your board is on.
then you have to plug your usb cable into your systems usb port.
Probably it will ask you for 3 times to install the driver for new system.
After it is done try rebooting your system.If still shows the same error then check with different usb cable ?
