Node locked license question

I bought the sp605 which comes with a node-locked & device-locked version of ISE for the XC6SLX45T.
Simple question: does the device-lock allow development with the corresponding non-T part (ie: the XC6SLX45) ? I could see some use for the board in a non-PCIe environment, and it would be a shame to have to buy 'T' parts when I wasn't using the PCIe hardware...
I guess I could always buy a copy of ISE-Embedded, but that's a bit pricy for a hobbyist... I've just blown the budget allowance on the SP605 / XM105 / new Linux computer (since Parallels doesn't like the JTAG cable). I only get to spend $2k on a hobby every 2-3 years, according to the boss (she who must be obeyed, or at least bargained with) [grin]...

Yes, the device locked license gives you access to this specific device as well as WebPACK devices, which includes XC6SLX45.
Please refer to this table for what devices are WebPACK supported.
