Installation and Licensing

Hi, I'm having a problem installing ISE webpack 10.1.

The display is all messed up, I don't know why. I know there's supposed to be checkboxes and everything but I can't see them.

And when I enter my serial number, which I got from Xilinx website when I registered my copy, it won't work. (I only selected the webpack btw).

My OS is Windows Vista Ultimate SP1, I just reformatted my PC. I had Vista Ultimate SP1 prior to reformatting and I installed ISE without any problems then.

Please anyone help. I need this for my thesis..
