hello

i have dowload xilinx ise ds win 13.4 0.87xd.3.0 and when i instal i have a error

unable to open archive C:/xxxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/ise_0010.zip.xz. please check file permissions

the problem is that the OS XP is not good for this dowload?

Possible causes for this issue are:

Make sure you have enough space on the drive.

Make sure you have enough permissions over the installation directory.

Make sure the archive is complete and the extraction is intact.

Hi,

Have you checked the MD5 checksum of the 13.x installation files archive?​ Does it match that shown on the “Downloads” page: http:/​/​www.xilinx.com/​support/​download/​index.htm?​

Try extracting the archive using a different tool such as 7-zip. It likely caused by limitations in PowerArchiver when dealing with very large TAR files. We've seen such issues in the past with other archiving utilities.
