ERROR:Map:258 - A problem was encountered attempting to get the license for this

I use only 3 FTC and a few AND OR gate and i get this error. I cant use 3 AND gate in one project with ISE Web. or what?
All the best,

H,

Sounds like you do not have a license to run this version....

I get the exact error messages when running MAP in WebPack even though I installed the Xilinx.lic file I recieived with the License Configuration Manager as directed.
I though maybe this was a limitation of WebPack, but could not find anything on the Xilinx website that indicates that this smallest Artix FPGA couldn't be used in WebPack.
Am I missing something else?
Thx,
Geo

You should choose another device to target. Although listed was/is the tools, it was not publicly targetable and required a special license.
from the 13.4 release notes
http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/sw_man
/*
Device Support
7 Series FPGAs
• The following Artix-7 devices are still under license control and will be removed in
ISE Design Suite 14.1
• XC7A8
• XC7A15
• XC7A30T
• XC7A50T
• ISE will issue an error at the implementation phase if these devices are targeted.
Please modify designs to use a supported part in this device family.

As Austin said, the smallest Artix-7 device currently in the documentation is now the 7A100T:
