Hi everyone,
I want to know how to read one block pixels from a frame ram. Suppose the frame size is 720p
stores in the RAM such as: ********

********
********
I want to read the first block pixels like this **** 4*4block ,then the next. Can you tell me how to write its address with verilog? many thanks

We do not write verilog. If you were to ry to write some verilog yourself, and try to synthesize it and posted your results, pehaps someone would comment on it and help you.
Generally speaking, you may ask if someone has a design they are willing to share with you, you may ask if there is a good way to do "X" (whatever you are trying to do), but asking someone to do your work for you is unlikely to get any response at all.
