memory initialization in block ram generator for xilinx 12.4

Hi all,

we are trying to generate 2KB of block RAM.

i want to attach excel file to the block RAM by generating the .coe file.

i am unable to find memory editor in xilinx 12.4 version.

please help me out in creating .coe file in xilinx 12.4 version.
