I am developing a pcie application with SP605.  According to the guide , if  I change my design , I should power off the computer ,  remove the SP605 and set some jumpers.  Then I can use power adaper to bring the board up and program the flash on the board. After all this works , I can put the board back into the computer and test my new design . The whole process is very boring. Can you recommend some ways that can speed this process? Thanks.

Another typical procedure is to program the FPGA directly instead of re-programming the flash.

You might do this when your design is not yet stable and change it more frequently than you

want to power off the system.  After programming the FPGA, you still need to warm boot

("restart") the system to recognise the board.  It's not clear to me why you need to remove the

board from the system to re-program the flash.  I never had to do this with my PCIe boards,

but perhaps this is a "feature" of the SP605 kit?  Do you have a standard USB JTAG cable for

programming the kit?
