We want to evaluate PCIe IP core developed by us by connecting to a standard PC. But when it was connected, the BIOS showed PCI initialization error and the PCIe Device was not detected by the OS. What are the things BIOS doing during POST for PCIe?
If we know what is BIOS doing, we can debug our core.

Make sure the UCF is correct and the reset is not asserted unintentionally.
