Hi all,

we are woking PCI express on SP605 kit . when we tryed on core2 duo processor based baord, it get detected but when we tried on I7 processor boards, it didnt get detected.we tried on I5 and I3 also,but same status.

what might be problem?can you please help us to sort out the issue.

our target is interface  SP605 board on I7 processor based board via PCI express.

Did you try rebooting?  Sometimes you need a warm reset to detect the card.  

If you can get ChipScope in the design, I would take a look at ltssm and see where if it's having trouble link training.  This will help narrow down the problem much further.

Hi Bharathi,

Can you also try disabling PCIe Gen2 in the I7 BIOS and see if that helps?
