I use ml605 development board , read "ml605_PCIe_Gen1_x8_pdf_xtp044_13.1_c.pdf" , when I use Design Suite Command Prompt , I can't compile implement.bat > implement.log 2>&1. I want to konw why.

are you using 13.1? most of these designs are made for a specific version of the tools and may have issues with other versions.
