I used the lcd driver for the picoblaze on the spartan3e developmentboard. (50 MHz clock)

 CONSTANT delay_1us_constant, 0A  ;      =(MHz - 10)/4

It worked.

I tryed to use the same driver on a virtex4 403 developmentboard  (100 MHz clock)

 CONSTANT delay_1us_constant, 17 ;      =(MHz - 10)/4   ( 100 - 10) /4 = 22,5  ----> 17

It does'nt work.

What's wrong ??
