How to find the timing information about XC4006?

Used mature device.XC4006.

 

I want to know the init pin timing, when programe singal pull down.

 

Detail:

 

When programe signal  pull down , the init would clear config.

When programe signal get up,the init would get up.

I want get the timing information about this action.

This information can be found in the XC4000 data sheet for an absolute maximum time.
