In an effort to help you find documentation for the ISE Simulator (ISim) faster, we've included some useful links in this thread. Please take a look at these links and familiarize yourself with the available documentation which can help you use the tool more efficiently and help you address known issues faster.
The following documentation is for ISE Simulator available in ISE Design Suite 12. For other versions, refer to the Xilinx Documentation Center at http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/index.

Take a look at the ISE 10.1 tutorials at:
The In-Depth tutorial takes you through a complete design entry and implementation flow of a small FPGA design. Using this information you can learn how to design, implement and program your design onto a board.
Hope this helps.

ISim is included in the ISE design suite.
Next time, please open a new thread for your question.
1. Google your question before asking it.
2. If Google doesn't find a solution, post your question in a detailed, comprehensive, and clear way.
3. If someone answers your question, mark the post with "Accept as solution". If you see a particularly good and informative post, consider giving it Kudos (the star on the left).

I think the best place to start for most technical questions is:
You can access all the documentation, answer records, and of course this forum, from that location. The documentation is specifically located here:
You would like to program the board so the document you would like is the Command Line Tools Users Guide.specificaslly, the bitgen section for creating the bitstream.
Also, the tool used for programming the device is called IMPACT and is documented in this manual:
OK, I hope this helps and good luck on your design.
