Spartan-3A SelectMAP configuration - Does it need byte swapping?

UG332 Page 193 says for Spartan 3 family needs bit order to be reversed while using SelectMAP configuration. (D0 is MSB and D7 is LSB) Does that apply to Spartan 3A also?
