Can I perform a multiboot on a Spartan3E, specifically on a NEXYS 2 board, with a XCF04S PROM ???
IF YES, HOW? - I have tried all I can think of in Impact so i can generate a proper mcs file for PROM

Have you read the above, and compared the requriements with what you have on your boards?

Your answer is on the same page:
"MultiBoot is only available when using BPI mode"
The XCF04S (S for serial) does not support BPI mode.
