spartan_3E multiboot problem

hi all ,

 

I am creating a first  configuration with  STARTUP_SPARTAN3E and able the multiboot feature in bitgen option , then I generate MCS multiboot file and download to NOR flash ....  my problem when power up the first configuration is load Successfully  when trigger multiboot do not  load automatically  ,,,, if I remove the M0 jumper the second configuration is loading

 

any idea please ...
