iMPACT has a help section:

iMPACT Help menu -> Help Topics: Software Help -> iMPACT Help

Note that you can also invoke iMPACT stand-alone

Start -> Programs -> Xilinx ISE Design Suite 10.1 -> ISE -> Accessories -> iMPACT
