There is some difficulty with me recently,I heard that there is one IP cores which is about the Resolution Conversion or the covension of frame and frenquency.All of this is used to deal with the video signals.But I still can't find it out.The FPGA what I used is the Virtex_5 of Xinlinx.If someone know this ,please help me,I really appreciate your help.
