Readback capture, Readback Verify and Original Bitstream

Hi,

I'm working in a project doing state saving and restoration of a PR region of CLBs

Question:

Could someone tell me why there are differences between original partial bitstream (no header, no commands, no extra dummy frame) and the readback verify (no capture, and after getting rid of extra dummy frame) of the PR region of just CLBs? Are they supposed to have the same content?

There are some bytes that change and not related to nets in the PR region, and not related to word 21 of each frame. And those bytes in the readback verify have the same content when I perform readback capture.

Question:

Are those bytes used or not for state restoration of the previous captured state of the PR region?

I'll appreciate any comment

Regards,

Aurelio
